They will need to know a full summary of the incident so that insurers can be notified and will then provide you with guidance and advice as to the next steps. Dependant on the nature of the claim, Insurers may decide to appoint a Loss Adjuster who will make a mutually convenient appointment to come and discuss the incident with you.
