We're not just Insurance Professionals, now we're Cooking Professionals too! 
We were split into teams of 4 where we then took on the challenge of creating a two-course meal from scratch using only ingredients at in the kitchen. We all had 20 minutes to decide what we were creating and get the ingredients before the kitchen closed and the cooking commenced!

We all had a fabulous evening at the Rosemary Shrager's Cooking School and the losing teams are all ready planning their triumphant return for next year!!!
